Light:
Sanseviera bacularis Mikado does best in moderate to bright, indirect light, but can also adapt to low light conditions.
Watering:
Allow the soil to dry out completely before watering, then water thoroughly and allow to drain freely. Do not allow the plant to sit in water as this will cause root rot.
Temperature:
This Snake Plant is happy in places with temperatures between 15°C and 23°C and as low as 10°C for short periods.
Humidity:
The bacularis will do fine in normal household humidity. Avoid humid locations but if brown tips develop, consider occasional misting.
Height & Growth Rate:
This Snake Plant is slow-growing and typically reaches an ultimate height of around 75cm to 1m.
Toxicity:
Sansevieria are mildly toxic if eaten. Keep away from children and animals. Do not consume.
